Eileen Newton is well placed to help both owners and tenants with a wealth of experience in jobs where client satisfaction and building relationships have been the most important factors. Her aim is to carry out each and every task with the knowledge that it has been done to the best of her ability. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy, reflected in the fact she was relied upon to run a motel during the owner’s absence which could be up to seven days at any one time. Over the last four years, Eileen has been a volunteer at the Opportunity Shop for the local charity The Palmerston North Street Van. As a volunteer, she finds it greatly rewarding to know that a difference is being made to someone’s life.
Lisa Berryman
Lisa Berryman has a decade’s experience in the real estate industry. While successful in her own right with a branch manager’s license, Lisa is the backbone of their team. Highly organised, efficient and knowledgeable, Lisa takes charge of the business and believes in open communication with both owners and tenants. With broad resources, a wide knowledge base and innovative marketing initiatives, Lisa ensures that clients properties are looked after as if they were her own.

Eileen has been amazing to rent a property from, weekends, nights rain hail or snow shes always available, one Sunday night recently a very large tree blew over onto our garage smashing out the windows, not a problem for Eileen as she turned up instantly with a truck and chainsaw, tree removed and windows fixed all after hours of normal work.
